Dr. Jose Labrador is a European Specialist in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging who graduated with his DVM in Spain in 2014. Shortly after graduating, he moved to the UK where he worked in first-opinion practice for over two years. To advance his expertise, he completed a rotating internship at a referral practice on the south coast of England, followed by a specialized imaging internship and a rigorous three-year residency under the supervision of Diagnostic Imaging Specialists. He passed his certifying exams to become a European specialist in January 2023.

As a radiologist, Dr. Labrador strongly advocates for a multidisciplinary approach, enjoying direct collaboration with other hospital departments to provide the best possible care for patients. He finds great reward in exchanging knowledge with peers and teaching interns, residents, and referring clinicians. Outside of the hospital, he is a family-oriented individual who enjoys spending time with his loved ones and pets, and is passionate about sports and outdoor activities.
