ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Prof. Dr. Daniel Pang is an internationally recognized authority in veterinary anesthesiology, pain assessment, and emergency resuscitation. Following his clinical residency and advanced scientific training, he joined academia and currently serves as a Professor of Veterinary Anesthesiology at the University of Calgary. He is a RECOVER Certified BLS/ALS Instructor® and serves as the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the journal Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia. His work focuses on developing validated pain assessment tools, improving CPR guidelines and resuscitation practices, enhancing perioperative care, and advancing patient safety in veterinary medicine.
